2、Drafts  instructions  in  terms  of  production  planning  and  control,  studies  and  standardizes  procedures  to  improve  efficiency  of  subordinates.
起草生产计划及控制的作业指导书，探讨标准化工作流程，以提高下属工作效率。
3、Plan  workflow  for  each  operation  according  to  previously  established  manufacturing  sequences  and  lead  times.  Analyzes  production  capacity  data,  and  oversees  mathematical  calculations  to  determine  Production  scheduling,  and  human  resource  requirements.
根据既定的生产流程及交货期，指导安排生产计划。分析计算产能数据。
4、Confers  with  production  team  leader  to  determine  status  of  assigned  shop  floor  plan  and  to  resolve  problems  affecting  production  schedules.  Expedites  operations  that  delay  schedules  and  alters  schedules  to  meet  unforeseen  conditions.
协商解决影响按期交货的问题，以确保既定生产计划的按时完成。加速解决因意外发生而导致的拖延交货问题。
5、Track,  monitor  production  activity  and  analyze  production  data  so  that  the  flow  of  materials  is  timed  meet  production  requirement
追踪，监督生产活动，分析生产数据，确保物料符合生产需求。
6、Communicate  with  customers  about  the  production  progress  and  maintain  customer  service.
与客户沟通生产进度，为客户提供必要信息支持。
7、Prepares  composite  production  reports  from  individual  reports  of  subordinates.
指导总结下属工作报告。
8.  Adhere  to  Safety  procedure  and  policies  in  accordance  with  safety  management  system.  Including:
a)  Active  participation  and  contribution  to  specific  safety  initiatives  in  meetings.
b)  Report  all  hazardous  and  unsafe  acts.
c)  Actively  promote  positive  safety  culture.
执行安全方针和政策，使之符合安全管理体系。包括：

9.  Any  other  duties  as  assigned  by  the  company  representatives.

Requirement:

--College  Degree  or  above.
大专或以上学历。

--3  years  working  experiences  as  production  scheduler  or  related  positions
Working  experience  with  foreign  invested  company  is  an  advantage.
三年以上外企相关工作经验优先。

-Knowledge  on  planning  ,logistic  and  production  related  issues
-Basic  knowledge  of  ERP  system,  special  for  Baan  or  SAP  is  preferred.
-Be  Familiar  with  MS  Office  software
-Fluent  English  communication
－具有计划、物流、生产相关知识
－具有ERP  (BANN  或SAP)系统工作经验
－熟练使用MS  OFFICE软件，如WORD，EXCEL等
－英语听、说、读、写流利
