Responsibility岗位职责:
1.  遵守公司的质量方针、手册、程序和各种指导书；对自己的工作质量负责；正视任何质量问题、报告错误并对职责范围内的任何失误采取预防或纠正措施；进行持续的质量改进。
Comply  with  quality  policy,  manual,  procedure  and  all  kinds  of  working  instruction.  Take  responsibility  for  the  quality  of  the  work  done  by  yourself.  Be  open  for  any  quality  mistakes,  report  errors  and  take  preventive  or  corrective  actions  for  any  mistakes  in  your  area  of  responsibility.  Contribute  to  continuous  quality  improvement..
2.  参与制定工具内外部校准计划，维护和维修计划，并监察计划的执行,优化校准流程。根据客户需求变化对工具相关文件进行评估，创建和更新。
Participate  in  making  tooling  calibration,  maintenance  and  repair  plan,  monitor  implementation  of  the  plan  and  optimizing  calibration  process.  Regular  review,  create  and  update  tooling  related  document  according  to  the  change  of  customer  requirement.
3.  通过TPM活动确保生产线上的  工具正常使用，优化和发展工具和设备预防性维护
Ensure  the  use  of  correct  tooling  on  shop  floor  by  using  TPM
-  maintain  tooling
-  execute  calibration  process  effectively
-  Further  implement  and  develop  tooling  TPM.
4.  准确理解在校准维修方面客户需求的变化，使团队成员理解准确相应要求，并严格按照要求执行校准和维修工作。及时提出培训需求，确保团队成员具有相应工作的授权。
Understand  customer  requirements  precisely  in  calibration  and  tooling  maintenance,  ensure  team  members  fully  understand  the  same  and  implement  calibration  and  maintenance  work  in  accordance  with  customer  requirement.  Raise  training  requirement  timely,  ensure  team  member  have  related  certificate  in  accordance  with  company  policy
5.  工具库存管理。Tooling  warehouse  management
1）根据车间的需求执行工具的领用，退还和库存维护。  To  carry  out  tooling  picking,  return  and  inventory  maintenance  as  workshop  requirements.
2）合理的安全库存，库存工具的保养。
Reasonable  safety  stock,  Warehouse  tools  maintenance  management。
6.  工具使用记录录入管理。Data  entry  management
确保工具使用记录能够及时准确的录入系统。
Ensure  data  entry  job  for  tool  use  is  finished  correctly  and  timely
7.  维护校准相关数据库确保信息完整和及时更新
Register  and  maintain  calibration  related  data  and  report
8.  协调校准异常处理,协调处理工具维修风险
Coordinate  handling  calibration  failure  and  handle  risks  as  a  result  of  repair  of  tooling
9.  对校准室环境和存放工具进行6S管理
6S  control  in  calibration  area  and  ensure  meeting  calibration  environment  requirements  and  manage  tools  in  calibration  room
10.  确保需校准工具有清晰和有效标识
Ensure  clear  and  correct  calibration  label  attached  with  each  tool  calibrated.
11.与荷兰和土耳其相关部门同事进行有效的工作沟通。
Communicate  effectively  with  functional  colleagues  from  FE-NL  and  FE-TR.
12.有效地执行和维护全球工具相关指导文件。
Implement  and  maintain  global  tooling  procedures  effectively.
13.  执行安全方针和政策，使之符合安全管理体系。包括：
a)积极参与公司的各项安全活动。
b)报告各种危害和不安全的行为。
c)营造和共建积极的安全文化氛围。
Adhere  to  Safety  procedure  and  policies  in  accordance  with  safety  management  system.  Including:
a)  Active  participation  and  contribution  to  specific  safety  initiatives  in  meetings.
b)  Report  all  hazardous  and  unsafe  acts.
c)  Actively  promote  positive  safety  culture.
14.公司代表安排的其他工作。Any  other  duties  as  assigned  by  the  company  representatives.

Requirements任职资格:
--本科以上学历,计量，电子或机械专业
Bachelor  degree  above,  major  in  metrology,  electronic  or  mechanical  field
--3年以上校准相关工作经验，熟悉校准流程。了解TPM知识，具有TPM实践经验。
Has  related  working  experience  and  the  working  experience  should  be  more  than  3  years.  Well  understand  TPM  knowledge.  TPM  practice  experience  is  a  plus.
--具备校准的专业知识并有校准实际操作能力和问题分析能力。理解工具工作内容，维修流程和风险
Have  the  professional  knowledge  in  calibration  field,  the  calibration  operation  skill  and  problem  analysis  ability.  Understand  tooling  repair  activities,  processes  and  risks.
--具有良好的英语听说读写能力，熟练使用计算机，良好的沟通协调能力，团队协作精神,过程导向，技术技能方面知识，问题分析和解决能力（8D,5Why）。
Be  good  at  English  and  computer.  Be  skillful  in  communication  and  coordination  and  team  work  spirit.  Process  oriented,  technically  skilled  knowledge,  good  problem  analysis  and  problem  solving  skill(8D,5why)
