任职资格：  
1、大专以上，电子电气专业或管理专业但有多年相关产品经验  
College  above；  major  in  electron,  electronic  or  management  with  product  knowledge  
2、3年以上相关工作经验  
Has  related  working  experience  more  than  3  years.  
3、熟悉AS9100标准，EASA  21  G部分要求（部分人员），内部体系文件，AS9100体系内审员,  娴熟使用质量工具如8D，过程分析方法鱼骨图等  
Should  have  the  knowledge  of  AS9100,  EASA  requirements（Partial  person）,  qualified  AS9100  internal  auditor,  familiar  with  all  internal  quality  management  procedures.  be  familiar  with  8D  and  process  analysis  method  such  as  fish  bone  chart.  
4、英语熟练，计算机良好，很好沟通协调能力，团队协作  
Can  use  English  fluently,  be  good  at  computer,  and  be  skillful  in  communication  and  team  work.  

工作职责：  
1、遵守公司的质量方针、手册、程序和各种指导书；对自己的工作质量负责；正视任何质量问题、报告错误并对职责范围内的任何失误采取预防或纠正措施；进行持续的质量改进。  
Comply  with  quality  policy,  manual,  procedure  and  all  kinds  of  working  instruction.  Take  responsibility  for  the  quality  of  the  work  done  by  yourself.  Be  open  for  any  quality  mistakes,  report  errors  and  take  preventive  or  corrective  actions  for  any  mistakes  in  your  area  of  responsibility.  Contribute  to  continuous  quality  improvement.  
2、推动IPT内建立/维护/优化文件化质量控制流程及产品检验标准  
Push  to  establish  /Maintain  /Optimize  documented  quality  control  process  and  inspection  criteria.  
3、主导处理客户抱怨和提升客户质量满意率  
Deal  with  customer  complaint  and  increase  customer  quality  satisfaction.  
4、与FE-NL和客户进行质量相关沟通.  
Communicate  with  FE-NL  and  customer  about  quality  issue  
5、参与内部材料,过程不合格MRB评审  
Participate  in  MRB  for  product  and  material  NCR.  
6、负责所属范围质量意识提升，并提供相应培训，进行人员资格评定  
Be  responsible  for  the  improvement  quality  awareness  in  IPT.  Provide  corresponding  training  and  evaluate  the  qualification  of  staff.  
7、负责所属范围质量报告评审和质量业绩改进  
Be  responsible  for  the  quality  report  review  and  the  improvement  of  quality  performance  in  IPT  
8、参与对所属范围内的新设备，工艺进行认证  
Participate  in  validation  for  the  new  equipment,  process.  
9、新产品投产支持（质量相关文件制定，FAI参与）  
Support  new  or  changed  process  /  product  control  in  IPT(if  necessary,  develop  quality  related  document,  participate  FAI)  
10、1.　　  执行安全方针和政策，使之符合安全管理体系。包括：  
a)积极参与公司的各项安全活动。  
b)报告各种危害和不安全的行为。  
c)营造和共建积极的安全文化氛围。  
Adhere  to  Safety  procedure  and  policies  in  accordance  with  safety  management  system.  Including:  
a)  Active  participation  and  contribution  to  specific  safety  initiatives  in  meetings.  
b)  Report  all  hazardous  and  unsafe  acts.  
c)  Actively  promote  positive  safety  culture.
