JOB  DESCRIPTION职位描述:1.To  be  responsible  for  modifications  related  civil  works,  be  able  to  do  the  budget.  2.  To  be  responsible  for  the  maintenance  work  of  structures  and  plant  3.  To  do  the  routine  inspection  of  the  building,  and  monitor  the  condition  of  the  plant.　4.  Take  the  lead  to  fix  any  damage  as  soon  as  it  happens,  and  make  the  record.  Required  of  Skills　  Experience招聘要求：  1.Bachlor  degree  or  above;  2.Major  in  architectonic,  civil  engineering  or  others;  3.Good  English  skill;  4.Good  communication  skill  and  team  spirit;  5.good  knowledge  of  MS  applications.
