JOB  DESCRIPTION职位描述:1.  Implement  the  policies  and  regulations,  criteria  and  systems  of  national,  local  government  about  environmental  protection,  health　  safety  and  responsible  for  the  implementation  of  inspection.执行国家及地方政府关于环保、健康与安全检查的政策、制度、标准及体系。  2.  Establish  the  long-term  planning  and  yearly  planning  of  company’s  environmental  protection,  health　  safety  systems  and  responsible  for  the  coordination,  inspection  and  monitoring.建立公司环保、健康与安全体系的长期积年度计划并负责协调、检查和监控。  3.  Establish  company’s  systematic  documents  of  environment,  health　  safety  and  ensure  them  operation  effectively,  set  down  the  targets  and  plans  and  responsible  for  dynamic  management  and  controlling.建立公司的环境、健康与安全体系文件并确保其有效运行，设置目标及计划并动态管理和控制。  4.  On  behalf  of  company  to  connect  with  local  government  and  administrative  departments  in  charge  and  responsible  for  the  preparations  of  check  and  examination.　代表公司与地方政府及管理部门建立联系，管理并负责检查文件的准本。  5.  Be  responsible  for  the  education,  training,  examination,  certificates  of  health　  safety  for  the  special  operators  that  are  defined  by  national  administrative  departments  under  the  assistant  of  HR  department  and  changing  position  for  employees  who  return  to  work  from  working  related  injuries  .在人力资源部的协助下负责国家管理部门定义的特殊工种的健康与安全的教育、培训、检查及认证，及为工伤后回来工作的员工调整岗位。  6.  Be  responsible  for  the  examination　  approval  and  acceptance  of  environment  ,  health　  safety  for  company’s  new  building,  reconstruction  and  the  projects  of  technical  improving  and  introducing  projects  under  the  assistant  of  maintenance  department;  and  responsible  for  the  regular  inspection,  registration  and  permission  plate,  management  files  of  company’  special  equipments.在维修部的协助下负责公司新厂房、再建及技术改造工程环境、健康与安全方面的检查及审批。  7.  Be  responsible  for  the  management  of  labor  protection  devices  including  working  clothing.负责劳动保护措施包括工作服的管理。  8.  Be  responsible  for  site  survey,  conclusion,  statistic,  analysis,  report  of  casualty  accident,  occupational  disease,  polluted  accident  and  establish  archives  of  working  related  injuries  and  occupational  patients.负责意外事故、职业病、污染事故的现场勘查、下结论、统计、分析及报告，并建立工伤及职业病的档案。  9.  Deal  with  occupational  physical  examination,  prevention  and  curing  of  occupational  disease.处理职业健康检查，职业病的预防和治疗相关事宜。Required  of  Skills　  Experience招聘要求:  1.Bachelor  degree  or  above;本科及以上学历;  2.Major  insafety  /  environment  engineering  or  similar;安全/环境工程及其他相关专业;  3.Good  English  skill;良好的英文水平;  4.Good  communication  skill  and  team  spirit;良好的沟通能力及团队精神;  5.Good  knowledge  of  MS  applications.良好的微软办公软件知识。
