Responsibilities：

-  Steering  the  Existing  capability  induction  switch  from  LHT  to  LTS.,  to  work

together  with  LHT  to  make  sure  APAC  removals  are  routed  to  LTS,  and  find  LTS

strong  capabilities  to  gain  more  induction  from  EMEA  business:  Closely  monitor

induction  overall  status  and  take  necessary  measures  to  achieve  annual  budget;

-  Prepare  the  monthly  induction  switch  meeting  topics  and  track  the  status  of  the

topics.  (Existed  Cap  +  CBU  project  which  will  be  finished  in  1  month);  Coordinate

with  engineering,  shop,  materials  and  LHT  to  push  forward  CBU  cross-check

process;  follow  up  and  regularly  update  cross-check  units  status;

-Align  with  LHT  regularly  on  induction  forecast  update,  Analyze  and  maintain

induction  forecast,  update  internally  to  PPC  and  material  planning  to  achieve  in

time  adjustment;

-  Regularly  check  APAC  removals  from  LHT  and  analyze  on  SLE  that  didn’t  come

to  LTS,  clarify  both  internally  and  externally  with  Hamburg,  to  be  clear  about  the

reasons  and  find  solutions  to  make  sure  future  SLE  come  to  LTS;

-  Track,  visualize  and  analyze  LTS  iMRO  from  LHT  induction  in  terms  of  cost,

revenue  and  EBIT  and  compare  with  ICR.

Be  aware  of  LTS  performance  in  different  products,  and  address  internally  to

related  departments  for  areas  that  need  improvement;

Check  with  fulfilment  for  our  quotation  and  make  adjustment  as  necessary.

-  Support  in  budget  process  by  providing  all  the  necessary  data  in  LHT  induction

and  aligning  with  the  necessary  departments  from  LHT.



Qualifications:

-  Familiar  with  MRO  induction  business;

-  Strong  communication  abilities  including  business  English  and  Chinese;

-  Experience  in  business  controlling,  customer  service,  marketing,  etc.;

-  Good  sense  of  data  analysis.
