Position:  Project  Operations  Coordinator
Location:  Shanghai
Position  description:  To  handle  operations  the  daily  activities  of  the  department，improve  our  procurement  and  to  some  major  customer.


Key  Activities/Accountabilities:


Rate  requests/negotiations  with  shipping  lines  (special  equipment  FR/OT)  and  airlines  and  suppliers
Customer  Service  to  the  clients，liaison  with  specific  customers  to  maintain  customer  base
Reply  to  network  inquiries/request
Regular  work  with  invoices，calculations  of  profit  split  and  commissions，tracking  and  correcting  mistakes  in  supplier  invoices  and  following  all  quality  routines
Providing  customer  quotations  after  validation  of  manager
Maintian  quality  standards  for  operational  procedures  and  improve  them  where  necessary
Assist  in  the  day  to  day  running  of  the  project  department
Input  data  into  the  system
Handling  and  supervision  of  jobfiles


Qualification  requirements:
At  least  3  years  experience  in  project  and  sea/air  export.  Extended  knowledge  of  project  companies，suppliers  and  breakbulk  shipping  lines.  Experience  in  project.  Knowledge  of  sea  and  airfreight  freight  industry  and  processes.
