Responsibilities:
1)  Prepare  and  completing  all  final  billings  and  monthly  requirements  for  the  client,  while  working  closely  with  the  program  managers,  purchasing  managers  and  general  manager.
2)  Ensure  compliance  procedures  are  followed  in  the  management  of  all  documentation.
  
Qualifications:
1)  Bachelor’s  or  Associate’s  degree  in  accounting  or  related  field  preferred.
2)  Previous  accounting  experience  in  A/P,  A/R  or  client  billing.
3)  Able  to  work  well  under  pressure  and  adapt  to  everchanging  scenarios;  ability  to  respond  to  constant  change  from  one  program  to  another.
4)  Able  to  learn  and  operate  in  other  multi-software  applications  (database  management).
5)  Pharmaceutical  compliance,  processes  and  procedures  a  plus.
6)  Travel  Industry  and  designations  knowledge  a  plus.
7)  PeopleSoft  experience  a  plus.
