Responsibilities:
1)  Attendee  registration,  HCP  engagement  paperwork,  facilitating  travel  and  guestroom  management  of  assigned  meetings.
2)  Provide  the  program  manager  with  a  reconciled  report  of  all  completed  paperwork  prior  to  the  program  execution.
3)  Work  directly  with  regional  account  manager  and  program  manager  prior  to  website  development  to  assess  program  reporting  needs  and  customer’s  desired  reporting  schedule  once  registration  opens.
4)  Be  the  primary  HCP  liaise  and  contact  and  oversee  the  design  and  creation  of  registration  website  in  the  customer’s  meeting  management  platform.
  
Qualifications:
1)  Bachelor’s  degree  strongly  preferred.
2)  Minimum  of  3  year’s  experience  meetings  and  planning  large  /  special  events.
3)  Minimum  of  3  year’s  experience  with  participant  registration  for  meetings/programs.
4)  Customer  service  oriented.
5)  Well  informed  in  travel  industry  and  good  knowledge  on  destinations.
6)  Able  to  make  decisions,  strong  skillset  in  problem  solving.
