Responsibilities:
1)  Site  selection,  vendor  contract  negotiation  and  execution,  savings  generation,  budgeting,  final  invoice  collection  and  final  data  collection  on  the  event.
2)  Complete  handover  documentation  from  the  sourcing  function  to  the  logistics  function  as  applicable.
3)  Maintain  strong  relationships  with  hotel  partners  and  strong  industry  knowledge  of  new  venues  and  services  within  their  geographical  location.
4)  Understand  and  able  to  communicate  SOPs  (Standard  of  Procedure)  and  policies  to  clients.
  
Qualifications:
1)  Bachelor’s  degree  preferred.
2)  Minimum  of  3  years’  experience  with  hotel  venues  sourcing,  negotiating  and  contracting  Travel  Industry  and  destination  knowledge  would  be  advantageous.
3)  Minimum  of  3  years’  experience  in  planning  corporate  meetings,  incentives  and/or  special  events.
4)  Minimum  of  3  years’  experience  in  client  management.
5)  Strong  negotiation  skills.
6)  CMP  certification  strongly  preferred.
7)  Proficiency  in  Microsoft  Office  applications.
