1.接收用户关于IT日常使用方面请求，协助排除故障并提供技术支持。/  Receive  users'  requests  for  daily  use  of  IT  equipmentand  assist  with  troubleshooting  issues  and  provide  technical  support.
2.组织和维护IT资源，安装、升级、维护软硬件和其他系统。/  Organize  and  maintain  IT  resources,  and  install,  upgrade,  and  maintain  hardware,  software,  and  other  systems.
3.协助管理机房设施以及机房设施的安装、配置和维护，包括但不限于UPS，防火墙、交换机、路由器、无线、服务器及应用。/  Support  to  manage  devices  in  the  computer  room,  and  install,  configure,  and  maintain  equipment  in  the  computer  room,  including  but  not  limited  UPS,  firewall,  exchanges,  routers,  wireless,  servers  and  applications.
4.将所有流程记录在参考手册中，用于培训和指导，教育和指导当地用户正确记录问题和请求IT服务的流程，并确保这些流程得到遵守。/  Document  all  processes  in  reference  manuals  for  training  and  guidance,  educate  and  guide  the  local  users  on  the  correct  processes  to  log  issues  and  request  IT  services  and  ensure  these  processes  are  followed.
5.与股东方的IT工程师合作，使所有实施系统符合中国/英国政府法规/  Work  with  IT  engineer  of  shareholder  to  ensure  all  implementing  systems  compliant  with  China/UK  government  regulatory.
6.当你意识到问题和困难时，要及时上报，并为客户提供IT建议和专业知识。/  Escalate  issues  and  problems  as  you  become  aware  of  them  and  provide  IT  advice  and  expertise  for  your  customers.
7.跟随公司业务发展情况，参与实施和支持其他信息系统。/  Participates  in  the  implementation  and  support  of  other  information  systems  according  to  the  company's  business  development.
8.完成上级领导交予的其他工作/  Complete  other  work  assigned  by  superior.
任职要求/Required  Skill  and  Experience:
1.计算机/网络或相关专业本科学位/Bachelor’s  degree  in  computer  /  network  or  related  major  required；
2.3年以上信息技术运营和支持经验  /Requires  over  3  years  of  experience  in  IT  operations  and  support.；
3.有制造领域相关的IT工作经验者优先/IT  work  experience  related  to  manufacturing  field  is  preferred；
4.有跨国公司或合资企业的近期工作经验者优先考虑/Prefer  recent  experience  in  a  MNC  or  a  joint  venture;
5.熟悉系统设计和实施、IT基础设施和对业务运营的操作支持/Familiarity  with  system  design  and  implementation,  IT  infrastructure  and  operation  support  to  business  operations;
6.熟悉Windows，Edge，Chrome，以及Microsoft  Office  365（Teams和Outlook）/  Familiar  with  Windows,  Edge,  Chrome,  and  Microsoft  Office  365(Teams  and  Outlook);
7.熟悉主流路由交换设备，以及网络体系结构、TCP/IP、LAN、VLAN及各种路由协议。/Be  familiar  with  mainstream  routing  and  switching  equipment,  as  well  as  network  architecture,  TCP/IP.  LAN,  VLAN  and  various  routing  protocols;
8.了解主流服务器，以及RAID,  DNS,  DHCP等应用。Knowing  main  servers  and  applications  such  as  RAID,  DNS,  DHCP;
9.相关的IT技术资格或同等经验，比如ITIL基础认证（V3或V4）/Relevant  technical  IT  qualifications  or  equivalent  experience,  such  as  ITIL  Foundation  certification  (V3  or  V4);
10.英语四级，有责任心，具备一定的抗压能力/Cet-4,  responsible,  with  certain  ability  to  work  under  pressure.
