1.负责提供适用于飞机部件装配的材料、工具、零件制造和组装的稳健、有能力的制造工程质量原则  /  Accountable  for  delivering  robust,  capable  Manufacturing  Engineering  Quality  principles  as  it  applies  to  materials,  tooling,  part  fabrication  and  assembly.
2.与ME团队合作，确保生产产品质量存在，通过持续改进进行维护和开发，满足所有监管和客户要求  /  Work  with  the  ME  team  to  ensure  production  product  quality  exists,  is  maintained  and  developed  through  Continues  Improvement,  meeting  all  regulatory  and  customer  requirements.
3.为飞机部件装配过程中质量计划的创建、维护和持续改进提供当地项目级技术监督  /  Provide  local  project  level  technical  oversight  for  the  creation,  maintenance  and  continuous  improvement  of  Program  Quality  Plans
4.为定义和实施飞机部件装配过程中提供本地项目技术监督，以创建根本原因分析、预防和纠正措施，从而利用公司标准零缺陷制造（ZDM）工具套件消除不符合项  /  Provision  of  local  project  technical  oversight  for  the  definition  of,  and  implement,  company  business  processes  to  create  root  cause  analysis,  preventative  and  corrective  action  to  eliminate  non-conformances  utilizing  the  company  standard  Zero  Defect  Manufacturing  (ZDM)  tool  suite.
5.支持新飞机部件产品开发、客户质量要求管理和首件开发的质量活动  /  Support  the  Quality  activities  for  New  Product  Introduction,  product  development,  customer  quality  requirements  management  and  first  article  development.
6.为内部质量体系审核和评估提供支持  /  Provide  support  for  internal  Quality  System  audits  &  assessments.
