监视和测量供应商FAI流程/  monitoring  Supplier  FAI
2、考核与评价
实施供应商绩效年度评价，implement  annual  evaluation  of  supplier  performance；
支持供应商质量提升assist  them  in  quality  improvement；
3、供应商产品质量问题
维护供应商质量问题清单，  Maintain  supplier  quality  issue  database
跟进并支持解决供应商问题项  follow  up  and  support  supplier  issue  improvement.
4、供应商质量体系的审核
实施供应商年度审核/  Conduct  supplier  annual  audits；
开具不符合项问题清单issuing  non-conformity  checklists；
分发审核报告  distribute  audit  report
跟踪、验证供应商不符合项整改结果/Follow  up  and  verify  the  results  of  supplier  non-conformity  rectification；
5、供应商特种工艺认证
实施特种工艺认证审核/Implementation  of  special  process  certification  audits；
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，机电、工程或航空相关专业/College  degree  or  above,  majoring  in  electromechanics,  engineering  or  aviation  related  majors;
2、至少在航空制造供应链行业3年的工作经验，有2年以上供应商管理岗位工作经验/Requires  a  minimum  of  3  years  experiences  in  Aerospace  manufacturing  Supply  Chain  industry,  with  at  least  2  years  supplier  management  experience;
3、熟练操作微软办公软件（Word,  PowerPoint,  Excel,  Project,  Visio）MS  office(Word,  PowerPoint,  Excel,  Project,  Visio)；
4、团队协作精神/Team  work  spirit，沟通技巧/Good  communication  skills。
