1.收集和维护项目管理相关文件，包括内外部会议纪要的存档和行动项目完成情况的汇总等  /  Collect  and  maintain  Program  teams  relative  documents  including  internal  and  external  meeting  minutes,  gathering  all  the  completed  actions
2.跟踪指标（计划，质量等等方面），协助项目经理跟踪改正措施  /  Follow  up  the  indicators  (planning,  quality,  …)  and  support  program  manager  to  follow  up  corrective  actions
3.跟踪项目进展，及时沟通落实制造更改或不符合项  /  Tracking  the  program  status,  coordinate  and  follow  up  the  change  and  incorporation
4.协助项目经理向相关部门传递项目要求/信息  /  Support  Program  Manager  to  deliver  program  requirements/information  to  related  departments
5.支持项目经理进行构型与不符合项管理  /  Support  Program  Manager  track  the  configuration  management  and  incorporation.
6.完成项目经理建立与更新项目管理流程  /  Assist  Program  Manager  to  create  and  update  the  procedure  of  program  management
7.协助项目经理编制项目管理培训材料/  Assist  Program  Manager  to  create  and  update  the  training  materials  of  program  management
8.负责项目管理部的行政事务管理  /  Support  administrative  tasks  in  program  department
9.其他项目经理分配的任务  /  Other  task  as  assigned  by  program  manager
