1.树立安全第一的理念，确保KAMC公司健康、安全和环境政策和标准的实施，为团队成员营造健康安全的工作环境/Exemplifying  a  safety-first  mindset  and  ensuring  that  the  KAMC  Health,  Safety  and  Environmental  policies  and  standards  are  applied  in  order  to  create  a  healthy  and  safe  working  environment  for  team  members;
2.计划、实施和控制生产进度，确定支持生产进度所需的人力资源，材料，工具和设备，确保在整个进度中遵守KAMC公司所有政策和程序/To  plan,  implement  and  control  the  production  schedule,  determine  the  human  resources,  materials,  tools  and  equipments  required  to  support  the  schedule,  ensure  that  all  KAMC  policies  and  procedures  are  always  adhered  to;
3.与质量部，工程部，采供部，厂房设施部密切合作，分析生产流程冲突，及时妥善处理生产现场出现的问题/Work  closely  with  QA  Dept,  Engineering  Dept,  Supply  Chain  Dept,  Equipment  and  Power  Dept  to  analyse  production  process  conflicts  and  timely  deal  with  problems  arising  on  site;
4.负责车间员工日常管理，不断提高员工综合素质，注重团队建设，激发工作积极性，高效完成生产目标，跟踪并汇报绩效表现/Responsible  for  the  daily  management  of  workshop  staff,  constantly  improve  the  comprehensive  quality  of  staff,  focus  on  team  building,  motivate  work  enthusiasm,  efficiently  complete  production  targets,  track  and  report  performance;
5.支持生产相关流程的建立并实施  /Support  the  establishment  and  implementation  of  production  related  procedures;
6.在作业环境实施6S管理  /Implement  6S  management  in  the  work  environment.
任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，工程类专业（航空航天类，机械类优先）/College  degree  or  above,  major  in  engineering  (aerospace,  mechanical  ;
2.五年以上生产现场管理工作经验  /More  than  five  years  of  experience  in  production  site  management;
3.熟悉装配工艺，有航空领域金属或复材零部件装配工作经验优先/Familiar  with  assembly  processes,  with  experience  in  metal  or  composite  components  assembly  in  the  aviation  industry  is  preferred;
4.有产能爬坡任务管理经验优先/Experience  in  managing  production  capacity  ramp  up  tasks  is  desired;
5.有优秀的沟通技巧/Have  an  excellent  communication  skill;
6.能在多任务的状态下有序完成工作/Be  able  to  complete  work  in  an  orderly  manner  in  a  multi  task  state.
