JOB  TITLE:Reliability  Engineer

  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible  for  Fleet  Reliability  Program  and  systems/process  setup  and  maintenance.    Develop  and  maintain  fleet  reliability  Data  Base.  
Responsible  for  collection  and  statistic  analysis  of  reliability  Data.    
Generate  and  distribute  the  reliability  alert  note  and  monthly  report.  Provide  maintenance  correction  plan  and  monitor  the  rectification  process.  
Handle  all  investigations  and  dispositions  related  to  reliability  affairs.  
Responsible  for  monitor,  analysis  and  evaluation  on  the  status  of  High-Value  component  overhaul,  warranty  claim  and  quality  after  overhaul.  
Call  up  RCB  meeting  periodically  and  monthly  RCB  meeting.    Collect,  generate  and  distribute  the  RCB  decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Perform  Aviation  Engineering  and  Maintenance  for  5  years  and  above  and  related  reliability  experience  for  minimum  2  years.      
Has  strong  technical  background  and  knowledge  related  to  aviation,  airworthiness,  reliability  and  quality  management.  
Professional  in  PC  and  fluent  English.  CET-6  has  preference.  
Strong  in  analysis,  coordination  and  presentation  skill；  
CAA/FAA/EASA  License  holder  and  related  737NG  fleet  experience  will  have  a  preference.
