Job  Title:        Sales  Manager
Accountable  to:      Sales  Director
1.  Responsibilities
?  Collect  and  analyze  market  information,  detailed  research  the  business  opportunity  and  demands  
?  Study  and  familiarize  the  aviation  industry,  especially  aircraft  engineering,  spares  management,  its  practices  and  procedures
?  Workout  and  implement  sales  strategies  and  activities  to  the  accounts  
?  Promote  and  sell  the  products  and  services
?  Create  and  manage  the  contracts  and  other  commercial  documents
?  Interpret  technical  documents  into  easy-understanding  language
?  Define  the  sales  targets  and  budgets  in  cooperation  with  sales  &  marketing  team  and  the  management
?  Set  up  and  manage  agents  and  distributor  network  
?  Build  up  and  maintain  strong  relationship  with  key  customers
?  Generate  and  verify  defined  report  to  the  management  and  other  department  as  needed
?  Organize  customer  events,  motivate  and  entertain  customers  
?  Prepare  business  review  presentations  to  customers
?  Design  and  create  news  letter  and  other  handouts
?  Manage  daily  administrative  work,  take  other  responsibility  assigned  by  the  management
2.  Requirements
?  University  degree  in  engineering  (preferably  aircraft  engineering),  and  ideally  combined  with  additional  qualification  in  management,  
or  any  equivalent  qualification  which  is  considered  suitable  for  the  job
?  Knowledge  in  repair  and  overhaul  processes  for  aircraft  structure  and  structural  parts
?  Languages:  Proficient  skills  in  written  and  oral  English,  proficiency  in  additional  foreign  languages  such  as,  e.  g.,  Japanese  preferred
?  Knowledge  of  underlying  aviation  legal  system,  applicable  laws  and  regulations
?  Experience  in  use  of  relevant  IT  office  applications
?  Self-confident  and  appropriate  appearance  and  ability  to  make  clear  statements
?  Excellent  communication  skills  with  ability  to  explore  and  understand  customer  requirements
?  Negotiation  skills,  flexibility  and  winning  attitude
?  Strong  customer  orientation
?  Determined,  with  drive  to  make  decisions  and  self-confident  behaviour
?  Self-responsibility  and  stability  under  exposure  to  situations  of  stress  and  deadline  pressure
?  Excellent  analytical  skill  and  capability  to  resolve  complex  tasks  independently
?  Entrepreneurial  judgment  and  behaviour
?  Interest  and  ability  to  undertake  domestic  and  international  business  travels
