Key  Responsibility:  
?Make  sure  rework  activities  are  carried  out  in  accordance  with  CMM,  IRM,  SPM  and  other  OEM  requirements
?Rework  process  development
Duties:
?Prepare  rework  procedureWrite  engineering  report,    warranty  report,  part/lab  reject  findings  report
?Work  out  rework  master  repair  schemes
?Compile  rework  part  repair  process
?Work  out  rework  part  Engineering  disposition
?Set  up  new  rework  capability  with  support  from  other  sources.
?Rework  technical  direction
?Rework  part  inspection  
?Carry  out  bearing  Inspection
?Familiar  with  ***  policy  and  requirements
?Comply  with  ***  requirements  and  procedures

Qualification:
?University  degree  of  Mechanical  Engineering
?Minimum  of  3  years  of  practice  experience  in  related  area
?Machinery  Specialized  knowledge
?Knowledge  in  repair  technology  and  its  development  trend
?APU  &  Component  base  knowledge
?Aviation  basic  knowledge
?Good  command  to  read,  speak  and  write  English
?Technical  thinking  and  analytical;
?Good  team  player;
?***  work  authorization,  CAAC  Maintenance  Personnel  license  preferred
