Sales  Manager(OEM  Division)

Work  location  preferred  in  Shanghai  ,  he/she  will  work  independently  at  home  ,  and  reports  to  the  Senior  Sales  manager  ..  

Responsibilities  are:  

1.  Responsible  for  assigned  account  of  company  and  developing  the  new  customers  
2.  Build  up  the  good  relationship  with  customer  and  assist  the  company  product  sales  in  achieving  sales  target  
3.  Follow  up  on  the  sales  leads  and  coordinate  project  specifications  
4.  Be  able  to  catch  up  the  potential  new  business  and  help  company  to  materialize  it  to  the  sales.  
5.  Overall  in  charge  of  tooling  promotion  in  China  aerospace  industry  and  promote  some  new  products  in  other  industry  like  metro  and  shipping  industry.  

The  successful  candidate:  

--  24  --  32  years  old,  willing  to  travel  
--  working  knowledge  of  English,  both  oral  and  writing..  
--  Inner  culture  understanding  
--  Multi  National  Corp  cultural  experience  preferred
--  PC  literacy,  including  word,  database  handling  etc..  
--  Be  able  to  work  under  pressure  and  with  strong  self  discipline..  
--  College  graduate,  mechanical  related  preferred  
--  Experience  in  sales,at  least  2-3  years  be  able  to  be  used  to  travel,  aviation  industry    preferred,  
--  Good  presentation  skills  will  be  an  advantage.  
--An  extremely  positive  and  solutions  based  attitude  is  vital.  
--  High  energy  and  comfortable  being  in  an  interactive  situation/  environment  
--  Good  track  record  of  meeting  and  exceeding  goals.  
--  Ability  to  plan  and  manage  both  strategic  and  operational  sales.
