Lead  the  special  tooling/equipment  development  and  complete  the  required  management  documentations  to  support  all  aspects  of  engine  maintenance  required.

Ensure  all  tooling/equipment  management  meets  requirements  of  the  OPM  and  regulatory.
确保所有工具设备管理满足工作程序和规章的要求

Liaise  with  buyer/manufactures  and  support  the  tooling/equipment  procurement  process.
与采购/供应商合作，支持工具设备采购过程

Establish  tooling/equipment  operation  and  maintenance  requirement,  lead  to  complete  the  receiving  check.
制定专用工具设备的维护检查要求，主导完成工具设备接收检查

Provide  technical  support  for  the  new  purchase  tooling/  equipment  specification.
对新购工具设备选型提供技术支持

Define  new  tooling/equipment  calibration  requirement,  complete  the  risk  assessment  for  failed  calibration  items.
定义新工具设备校准要求，完成超差工具设备的风险评估

Lead  to  resolve  the  tooling/equipment  issues  with  assistance  of  workshop/  Supplier.
在车间/供应商支持下，主导解决工具设备的故障。

Supporting  for  quality  auditing  and  the  related  corrective  actions
支持质量审核和相关的改进措施。

initiate  the  tooling/equipment  innovation  to  improve  production  quality,  safety  and  efficiency.
推动工具设备改进以提升生产质量，安全和效率。

Ensure  to  work  within  the  guidelines  of  company  EH&S,  RTX  Ethics,  Export  Control  Requirements,  and  CORE  Initiatives.
确保在EH&S公司的指导方针，UTC道德规范，出口控制的要求，和CORE内操作。

Other  duties  assigned  by  supervisor.
完成主管安排的其他工作。



Job  qualifications:

任职要求：

Colleague  or  above  education  degree  in  mechanical  engineering，etc.  related  fields.
机械工程等相关专业大专及以上学历。

Minimum  5  years  engineering  work  experience  include  at  least  3  years  of  process  engineer  or  tooling  management  engineer  experience.
至少5年工程师工作经验含三年以上工艺工程师或工具管理工程师经验。

Understand  the  civil  aviation  maintenance  industry  related  tooling  management  requirements.
理解适航当局关于民用航空维修行业工具管理要求。

Excellent  Chinese  and  English  skills  for  daily  work,  such  as  can  properly  understand  and  interpret  related  technical  documentation,  reading  and  writing  English  mail,  documents  and  reports.  etc.
优秀的中英文日常工作应用能力，如能够正确理解和解读相关技术资料，读写邮件，文件和报告等。

Solid  MS  Office  experience,  AutoCAD  and  preferring  SAP  experience.
扎实的MS办公软件，AutoCAD经验，有SAP经验者优先。

Good  interpersonal  skills  and  team  player.
良好的人际交往能力和团队合作精神。

CAAC  license  on  PWT  or  MEC  are  preferred.
有PWT或MEC执照者优先。
