Job  responsibility:

        

Operating  the  vacuum  furnace  to  perform  the  job  per  work  instruction  requirement.  按照工作单卡要求操作真空炉完成热处理相关任务.
Maintain  the  record  and  reports  per  aviation  regulation  requirements.按民用航空规章相关要求保存工作有关记录和报告.
Maintain  the  equipment  TPM  to  ensure  it  is  always  under  a  good  condition.做好设备日常管理维护工作(  TPM),确保设备总是处于可用状态.
Keep  and  follow  the  safety  requirement  to  operate  the  equipment  safely.严格遵守安全规范要求,保持设备安全运行.
Continue  to  improve  the  heat  treatment  process  via  set  up  process  reduction  on  quality  and  efficiency.通过优化设置,持续主动改进质量和效率.
Become  the  process  owner  for  heat  treatment  process  such  as  creating  heat  treatment  program,  heat  treatment  standard  work  procedure,  new  capability  development,  employee  training,  trouble  shooting.etc.管理热处理过程,编写热处理程序,编制热处理相关标准操作流程,开发新维修能力,培训其他人员和热处理过程排故.
Complete  the  ACE  (continue  improvement)  activities  and  EHS  tasks  assigned.完成持续改进有关项目和安全生产有关任务.
Cross  training  on  other  complementary  skills  and  seeks  endorsements  for  those  skill  as  needed  to  support  production  requirements.根据生产安排情况接受其他能力培训,拓展并取得其他工作能力授权.
Perform  other  tasks  assigned  by  the  supervisor.完成主管安排的其他任务.






Job  qualifications:

Over  2  years  work  experience  on  vacuum  furnace  heat  treatment.2年以上真空热处理相关工作经验.
Familiar  with  vacuum  furnace  equipment,  calibration  requirement  per  heat  treatment  standard  AMS2750  .熟悉真空热处理设备和根据热处理标准AMS2750制定的相关计量要求,.
Good  English  skills  to  read  the  related  technical  data  and  perform  other  daily  tasks.良好的英语应用能力,能读懂相关英文技术资料和完成英语相关的日常工作.
Good  interpersonal  skills  and  team  player.良好的人际交往能力和团队合作精神.
