Job  Responsibilities  

1、Forwarder/broker  management    

2、Logistics  operating  cost  analyze  by  engine/forwarder/price  

3、Yearly  logistics  budget  justification  

4、Monthly  forwarder/broker  freight  bill  self-audit  &  approval  application  

5、Inbound  damage  shipment  recording  &  yearly  present  damage  performance  

6、Damage/lost  cargos  insurance  claims  application    

7、Dispute  inbound  shipments  collected  duty    to  oversea  customs  

8、Issue  Qingpu  CBZ  cargos  in  &  out  exist  list  

9、  Engine  in&out  transporation  arrangement  

10、Engine  in&out  customs  delcaration  

11、Daily  inbound  declaration  operation(including  sorting  pre-alter,  database  maintain  in  Dops  system,  communcation  with  broker  and  pick  up    arrangement)  

12、Critical  inbound  shipments  tracking  to  ensure  on  time  delviery  

13、Daily    AOG  parts  list  download  from  Dops  systmen  and  sending  to  receveing  team

14、Co-operation  with  team  for  all  in  &  out  shipments,  meanwhile  keep  well  commuication  with  forwarder  and  broker  ,  ensure  logistics  TAT  meet  engine  delivery  

15、Any  other  duties  that  boss/learder  required.          

Basic  qualifications  required  for  the  Job  (录用及就职条件):  



1.  Bachelor  degree  or  above  in  business  with  minimum  3  years  working  experience  in  import  &  export  

2.  Working  experience  at  special  bonded  areas(EPZ,  CBZ)  is  a  plus  

3.  Self-motivated  ,  creative  and  Solution  provider  

4.  Good  communication  &  team  player  

5.  Fluent  in  English;  both  written  and  oral
