职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Ensure that all statutory and Company’s regulations and standards relating to the maintenance, preventive maintenance, alteration and inspection of engines and components are complied with and adhered to, and that any such work undertaken by the Company is carried out to approved standards;
- Comply with EH&S, ITC and Code of Ethics policies and applicable regulatory requirements;
- Limit work carried out on parts, components or accessories only to those in the Capability List and repair station’s operation specifications;
- Assist Customer Support Manager in ensuring that work performed on customer’s products and components meets their requirements in terms of quality, cost and turn-around-time;
- Assist Customer Support Manager to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved through effective communication and keeping effective team relationships with departments within company so that the customer’s requirements are understood and satisfied;
- Provide a direct link to customer for technical and commercial requirements;
- Assist Customer Support Manager to communicate effectively with the customer on engine work scope, engine progress, warranty matters, invoices and bill payments and their implementations to the contractual requirements of the customer and the company;
- Monitor all Work-In-Progress (WIP) jobs and report prolonged ones for attention and completion;
- Attend and assist Technical Services in engine input meeting with representatives from Engineering, Quality Assurance, Material and other production and support services area;
- Liaise between the customers and production staff during the course of customer work so as to ensure customer’s requirements are understood and can be implemented;
- Together with other departments, implement the necessary corrective actions resulting from the quality compliance monitoring and audit programs.
- Other duties as may be assigned by his/her supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Major in aero engine or engineering or mechanics with bachelor degree. (Optional)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in aircraft engine manufacturing or overhaul industry, strong technical background,
- With at least 3 years experience in customer support role. (Optional)
- Familiar with CFM56 engine overhauls process and overhaul market. (Optional)
- Good data analysis skill and acute marketing analysis ability, customer-oriented.
- Good social communication, coordination, organization and presentation skill.
- Able to analyze and solve problem.
- Good time management capability.
- Ability to work cohesively in a team.
- Self-motivation is required.
- Good English capability in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Good computer skill.
- Familiar with process of engine overhaul and components repair
