Welding  Mechanic  焊接机械员

Job  Responsibilities:工作职责：

Properly  executing  the  duties  assigned,  including  parts  or  components  welding/blending/repair  etc.完成分配的职责工作，包括零件或组件的焊接/打磨/修理等。
Ensure  repair  activities  comply  with  Shanghai  Engine  Center’s  quality  procedure  requirement.修理工作符合上海发动机中心的质量程序要求。
Ensure  full  compliance  to  EH&S,  Ethical  and  Quality  requirements  as  specified  by  Corporate  and  company.完全符合公司的环境健康安全、道德和质量要求。
Lead  or  participate  in  continuous  improvement  projects.或参与持续改进项目。
Able  to  perform  cross-functional  jobs  within  the  cell.在单位中进行交叉功能工作。
Other  task  assigned  by  supervisor.完成主管安排的其他任务。


Basic  qualifications  required  for  the  Job  (录用及就职条件):

Technical  vocational  school  or  college  with  specialty  in  welding,  aerospace  maintenance  is  preferred.技校或大专学历焊接等专业，航空维修类优先
GTAW(TIG)  experience  is  the  basic  requirement,  OAW  and  Others  welding  experience  is  preferred.)GTAW(TIG)焊接经验是基本要求，具有OAW和其他焊接经验更好.
Minimum  1  Years  welding  working  experience.1年以上焊接工作经验.
Can  read  technical  documents  in  English  and  understand  English.阅读并并理解英文文档资料。
Have  good  computer  skills.具有良好的计算机技能
Solid  problem  solving  skills.具有良好的解决问题技能
Good  interpersonal  skills  and  team  player.具有良好的人际交往能力和团队合作精神
