Job  responsibility:

工作职责：

Manage  all  aspects  Tooling  and  Precision  Equipment  to  ensure  serviceable  for  production  and  repair  department.

管理所有精密工具设备，确保生产和修理部门使用的工具是合格的。

Maintain  calibration  database,  arrange  calibration  plan  and  ensure  required  PMTE  is  calibrated  as  scheduled.

维护校验数据库，安排校验计划并保证精密检测精密设备按计划校验。

Provide  technical  support  for  the  new  purchase  PMTE  specification  and  calibration.

对新需求校验工具的选定和校验提供技术支持。

Conduct  risk  assessment  for  out  of  tolerance  PMTE

对校验后发现超差的工具进行分析评估。

Arrange  the  unserviceable  PMTE  internal  or  external  repair;  conduct  the  scrap  process  for  the  unrepairable  PMTE.

对不合格量具安排内部或外部修理，对无法修理的办理报废手续。

Perform  visual  inspection  for  all  lifting  fixture/Tool  periodically

定期对所有吊具进行目视检查。

Collect  and  keep  calibration  certificate  records.

收集和管理校验证书等记录。

Work  with  and  oversee  all  external  and  supplier-supported  calibration  work.

与工具外包商密切联系，管理跟踪外包校验的工具。

Ensure  the  calibration  tooling  management  process  is  complying  with  the  requirement  of  airworthiness  regulation  and  OPM.

确保校验工具管理过程符合适航规章和公司质量程序要求。

Ensure  to  work  within  the  guidelines  of  company  EH&S,  UTC  Ethics,  Export  Control  Requirements,  and  ACE  Initiatives.

确保在EH&S公司的指导方针，UTC道德规范，出口控制的要求，和ACE内操作。

Job  qualifications:

任职要求：

Understand  tooling  calibration  management  and  standard  requirement.

懂得工具校验管理和标准要求。

Understand  to  manage  calibration  tools  by  using  SAP  system.

懂得运用SAP系统来管理计量工具。

Understand  the  civil  aviation  tooling  calibration  management  requirement  of  air  airworthiness  association.

理解适航当局关于民用航空校验工具的管理要求。

Minimum  background  in  aerospace  for  5  years,  or  3  years’  experience  or  above  with  tooling  calibration  management  preferred.

至少5年以上的航空背景，或者3年以上工具校验管理经验者优先。

Excellent  written  communication  skills  in  both  Chinese  and  English.

流利的中英双语书面交流能力。

Solid  MS  Office  skill,  ideally  Data  management  ability.

扎实的MS办公软件技能，有SAP经验者优先。

Good  interpersonal  skills  and  team  player.

良好的人际交往能力和团队合作精神。

Mechanical,  Aeronautical  or  Engineering  Diploma  from  a  recognized.

机械，航空或机电工程等专业大专或以上文凭
