Job  Responsibilities:

Ensure  to  work  within  the  guidelines  of  and  to  foster  company  EH&S,  Compliance  Requirements,  and  CORE  Initiatives.

Maintain  the  equipment  at  a  good  condition  to  support  the  smooth  production.  The  main  equipment  include  all  kinds  machining  center,  turning  machine,  VTL  ,milling  machine,  grinding  machine,  plasma  spray  machine,  water  jet  striping  machine,  shot  peening  machine,  blasting  machine,  heat  treatment  furnace,  auto  and  semi-auto  cleaning  production  line,  crane  system,  oil  flow  test  machine,  air  flow  test  machine,  air  pressure  test  machine,  engine  test  cell,  etc.
                

保持设备在良好的状态以确保生产的顺利进行。主要设备包括加工中心，车床，立车，磨床，等离子喷涂设备，高压水射流设备，喷丸设备,喷砂设备，热处理炉，自动/半自动清洗生产线，行车系统，滑油流量测试台，空气压力/流量测试设备，发动机试车台等。

Carry  out  maintenance  according  to  the  PM  schedule  and  work  instruction.  Following  EHS  procedures  such  as  electrical  safety,  lock-out  &  tag-out,  elevate  work,  etc.  Carry  out  equipment  maintenance  trouble  shooting  for  various  kinds  of  equipment  to  reduce  unplanned  machine  downtime.
                

按照生产维护的执行计划和手册要求，开展的设备维护保养。并且符合公司的EHS规范流程，如电气安全和挂牌上锁等要求。对设备进行正常维护，减少设备的非计划时间。

  Actively  interact  with  production  department,  quickly  feedback  on  the  emergency  maintenance  request  or  improvement  ideas.  Quickly  get  the  equipment  under  usage  condition  and  minimize  the  impact  to  production  line.
                

积极与生产部门互动，快速响应其紧急维修需求或改进意见。快速解决问题，将对生产影响降到最低。

  Collect  and  analyze  the  equipment  history  issue  data,  formulate  targeted  maintenance  projects  to  improve  the  equipment  reliability。
                

收集和分析设备历史问题数据,制定针对性的维护项目以提高设备的可靠性。

  Actively  implement  CORE  tool  to  support  production  line  process  improvement  and  maintenance  cost  reduction  initiatives.
                

积极运用CORE工具来支持生产流程改进和降低设备维护成本.

  Other  tasks  assigned  by  the  supervisor.
                

其他由主管布置的工作。
        

Qualification:

    

1、Junior  college  degree  or  above  majoring  in  engineering  and  mechanical  related

        

大专以上学历，工程、机械类相关专业

        

2、Minimum  8  Years’  experience  on  equipment  maintenance

        

至少有8年设备维护工作经验。

        

3、Good  knowledge  on  mechanic,  hydraulic,  air  system,  electric  and  can  read  the  related  scheme  

    

丰富的机械，液压，气动和电气类相关知识并能读懂相应图纸。

        

4、Good  PLC  skill,  especially  Fanuc  and  Siemens  system  is  preferred.

        

良好的PLC技术，熟悉发那科和西门子系统者优先。

        

5、Personnel  who  owns  work  experience  on  CNC  program  creation  is  preferred.

        

有数控编程相关工作经验者优先.

        

6、Can  read  the  maintenance  instruction  in  English  and  write  email  in  English

        

能读懂英文相关设备维护说明，能写英文邮件

        

7、Good  communication  skills  and  a  team  player.
