Job  responsibility:

        

工作职责：

参与不安全事件，客户和质量投诉的调查。整改措施和预防性措施的推荐，贯彻和确认。管理纠正措施和预防性措施记录。
rticipate  investigation  of  non-conformances,  customer  escapes  and  quality  related  complaints.  Recommend,  follow-up  and  assurance  of  corrective  and  preventive  actions.  Manage  the  record  of  corrective  and  preventive  actions.
按批准的SEC质量审核计划和有关程序对所要求的部门进行SEC内部质量审核。
rform  SEC  internal  quality  audit  on  required  departments  /  sections  per  approved  SEC  quality  audit  plan  and  relevant  procedures.
按SEC程序和普惠总部程序对SEC要求的供应商进行外部审核，维护外委供应商清单。
rform  external  audit  on  SEC  required  suppliers  /  vendors  per  SEC  procedure  and  Pratt  &  Whitney  Global  procedure.  Maintain  qualified  suppliers  /  vendors  list.
参与民用航空当局和客户审核。
-operate  and  accompany  with  civil  aviation  authority  and  customer’  audit  on  SEC.
编写和修订维修管理手册/维修单位手册、工作程序手册。
mpile  and  revise  MMM/MOE/RSQCM  and  OPM.
向局方提交缺陷不适航报告。
bmit  Mandatory  Defect  Reporting  to  regulatory  authority.
质量指标如不良质量成本等的收集和监控。
llect  and  monitor  quality  indicators,  such  as  COPQ  etc.
维修人员的授权和授权档案管理。
thorization  and  authorization  file  management  for  maintenance  personnel.
公司安全管理系统数据的维护。
intenance  of  SEC  SMS  database.
CAAC/FAA/EASA规章和相关标准的管理。
nagement  of  CAAC/FAA/EASA  regulations  and  related  standards.
通过对规章制度和质量程序的清楚阐述和建议来支持生产和工程。
pport  Production  and  Engineering  with  clear  interpretation  and  advice  on  regulatory  matters  and  quality  procedures.
完成上级领导分配的其他任务。

Job  qualifications:

        

任职要求：

熟悉CCAR145要求和其他民用航空规章要求(例如  FAR145)
familiar  with  CCAR145  requirements  and  other  civil  aviation  regulations’  requirements  (e.g.  FAR145).
懂得航空人为因素的知识。
understand  of  the  aviation  Human  Factors  knowledge.
懂得相关国家工业标准要求。
understand  of  relevant  National  and  Industrial  Standards  requirements.
具备运用相关审核技术和技能。
with  handle  of  relevant  audit  techniques  and  skills.
具备运用相关调查技巧和技能。
with  handle  of  relevant  investigation  techniques  and  skills.
懂得喷气发动机(发动机/模块/部件)。
understand  of  Jet-engine  (engine/module/component).
流利的英语读写听说能力。
excellent  English  capabilities  in  reading,  writing,  listening  and  speaking.
较强的语言文字功底，能够编写中英文报告。
strong  language  skills,  to  be  able  to  write  reports  in  both  Mandarin  and  English.
从事民用航空行业至少五年。
have  been  working  in  Civil  Aviation  Industry  for  five  years  at  least.
至少2年质量审核经验。
at  least  2  years  quality  auditing  experience.
机械，航空或机电工程等本科或以上文凭
Mechanical,  Aeronautical  or  Engineering  Diploma  from  a  recognized  college  or  above
民用航空器维修人员执照
Civil  Aircraft  maintenance  Personnel  License
