Recruitment Specialist (1 year contractor 有机会转正)招聘专员
Job Description 职位描述
1. Conduct the Recruitment activity from end to end according to the Recruitment process and yearly HC plan
根据招聘流程和年度HC计划进行招聘活动
2. Source candidates through job postings, referrals, and direct sourcing using proactive tactics (social media, networking, and niche resources, etc.)
通过招聘网站、推荐和主动搜索(社交媒体、网络和利基资源等) 直接寻找候选人
3. Conduct in person interviewing, lead / facilitate candidate interview feedback session to ensure a positive candidate experience
亲自面试,引导/促进候选人面试反馈会议,确保积极的候选人体验
5. Responsible for updating the recruitment database timely
负责招聘数据库的及时更新
6. Manage the selection and offer process
管理甄选及录用流程
7. Be close with new staff for HR caring purpose and provide HR support
与新员工保持密切的关系,提供人力资源支持
8. Proactively participate the TA project if necessary
如有需要,积极参与TA项目
9. Keep an eye on external market and build up talent mapping for key positions
密切关注外部市场,为关键岗位建立人才分布图
10. Assist Recruitment colleagues to complete the campus recruitment
协助招聘同事完成校园招聘工作
11. Complete other assignments by leader
完成领导交办的其他工作
Job Requirement 职位要求:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related major
本科以上学历,专业为人力资源或其他相关专业
2. A minimum of 5 years headhunting or in-house recruiting experience; industrial aviation or manufacturing preferred
5年以上猎头或企业招聘经验,航空行业或制造业经验优先
3. Good communication skills in Chinese and English
良好的中英文沟通能力
4. Good MS office skills
熟练使用office办公软件
5. Being proactive to drive things forward
积极主动地推动事情向前发展
