Job  responsibility:

        

工作职责：

        

l    Developing  and  validating  of  the  disassembly,  assembly,  cleaning,  and  inspection  work  instructions.

        

l    Managing  the  tooling,  facility  equipment  and  software  to  improve  TAT,  quality  and  efficiency.

        

l    Identifying,  evaluating  and  implementing  best  practices  for  production  lines.

        

l    Making  sure  the  work  instruction,  tooling,  facility  equipment,  software  and  best  practices  are  comply  with  regulation  and  SEC’s  OPM  requirements

        

l    Preparing  work  instruction  for  individual  engine  and  make  sure  they  are  complying  with  the  work  scope  requirements.

        

l    Providing  trouble  shooting  and  technical  support  during  engine  maintenance  process

        

l    Interpreting  technical  manual  to  clarify  the  technical  questions.

        

l    Working  with  OEM  on  technical  inquiring,  one  time  concession  applications.

        

l    Conduct  MRB  (material  review  board)  for  defective  engine  parts  dispositions  as  necessary.

        

l    Managing  the  technical  dispute  or  clarifications  with  suppliers.

        

l    Conduct  investigation  and  root  cause  analysis  on  engine  maintenance  process

        

l    Other  tasks  per  company  requirement  or  supervisor  assigned

        


        

Job  qualifications:

        

任职要求：

        

l    College  degree  with  8  years’  working  experience  or  bachelor  degree  with  5  years’  working  experience  in  mechanical,  aeronautical  or  engineering.

        

l    Minimum  4  Years’  experience  in  aerospace  engine  maintenance  environment.  Has  CFM56  /  V2500  experience  are  preferred.

        

l    Has  working  experience  to  communicate  with  different  level  of  people  in  an  aviation  MRO  is  preferred.

        

l    Has  working  experience  to  communicate  technical  questions  with  customer,  OEM  and  supplier  is  preferred.

        

l    Has  consolidate  independent  project  management  experience  is  preferred.

        

l    CAAC  license  on  PWT  or  MEC  are  preferred.

        

l    Good  interpersonal  skills  and  team  player.

        

l    Excellent  verbal  and  written  communication  skills  in  both  Chinese  and  English.
