Job responsibility:工作职责:
· Ensure full compliance to the requirements and policies of Quality, EH&S, Ethical and ITC etc as specified by corporate and company, participating in the management decision and policy making.

· Implement policies and procedures in relation to the various maintenance requirements of all engines or modules through the facility.

· Responsible for at least 2 production cells with respective cell leaders reporting to this position, create objectives & KPI in both operation and business performance for the respective cells, work closely with Operations Manager and other BUMs to execute overall operational objectives and strategy.

· Responsible for planning in headcounts, budget, productivity, people development in his/her responsible BU. Well plan 3 months ahead in production and seek resources to ensure smooth execution in production. Driving towards exceptional performance in all key metrics in company level control tower. Focus on talent retention and development as well as employee engagement to achieve company business success.

· Manage and coach the BU by enhancing quality awareness, communication, teamwork and customer focus skills. Create open environment and encourage team members to voice out, build the positive and strong team to perform the quality work.
通过提高质量意识、沟通、团队合作和以客户为中心的技能来管理和指导业务部门。创造开放的环境,鼓励团队成员发表意见,建立积极有力的团队,以执行高质量的工作。
· Drive and lead ACE continuous improvement initiatives by using tools such as but not limit to CIC platform. Applying ACE tools into daily work of BU.
使用CIC平台等工具,推动并领导ACE持续改进计划。将ACE工具应用到BU的日常工作中。
· Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job qualifications:
任职要求:
· Bachelor degree or above. Engineering or MBA is preferred.
本科或以上学历。工程或工商管理硕士优先。
· Good command in English, fluent in listen, read, write & oral.
良好的英语能力,听说读写流利。
· At least 8 years’ of work experience in related Aviation field
至少8年相关航空领域的工作经验
· Ability to work with all levels of management and communicate effectively with peers, subordinates, customers and clients.
能够与各级管理层合作,并与同事、下属、客户和客户进行有效沟通
· Ability to plan projects and to use written/verbal/analytical/presentation/organization skills to influence business objectives.
