Job  responsibility:

工作职责：

确保完成的工作是按照发动机车间手册和相应的适航指令及技术规范执行。

Ensure  work  is  done  in  accordance  to  the  ESM,  relevant  airworthiness  directive  and  technical  data.

确保分配到发动机上的零件符合需求，包括：工作范围，修理项目，发动机构型，服务通告，适航指令，放行证书，PMA  件和偏差修理零件等。

Ensure  assigned  parts  meet  engine  assembly  requirement,  including:  work  scope,  repair  subject,  engine  configuration,  SB,  AD,  ARC,  PMA  and  Deviated  Repaired  Parts,  etc.

能够按发动机手册要求执行零件检验和测量。

Able  to  perform  various  parts  measurement  and  inspection  in  accordance  with  engine  manual  requirements.

理解检验的标准操作流程。

Understand  the  standard  work  for  products  inspection.

有用简单的ACE方法确认和纠正错误的能力。

Ability  to  recognize  and  correct  mistakes  and  turn  backs  using  simple  ACE  tools.

理解客户/制造厂商要求以及公司政策和程序。

Know  customer/manufacturer  requirements  and  company  policies  and  procedures.

Operate  as  per  relevant  Technical  data  and  standard  procedure.

熟练地按照技术资料检查零件。

Familiar  with  inspection  of  parts  per  technical  data  and  document.

使用所有经适航当局(例如，CAAC)批准适用的数据和文件。

Apply  the  data  approved  by  all  aviation  authorities  (e.g.  CAAC)  that  applies.

确保所用文件填写的OPM-(QA-01-12)内容要求。

Ensure  all  paperwork  are  in  accordance  to  the  OPM-(QA-01-12)  requirements.

熟练掌握服务通告(SB)和适航指令(AD)的分析/使用技能。

Master  of  application  to  Service  Bulletins  (SB),  and  Airworthiness  Directives(AD).



Job  qualifications:

任职要求：

熟悉航空发动机的原理

Familiar  with  the  theory  of  aircraft  engine  operations

了解民用航空规章（CAAC规章，FAA规章，EASA规章

Understands  Civil  Aviation  Regulation  (CAAC  Regulation,  FAA  Regulation,  EASA  Regulation)

具备相关的产品检验知识和技能

To  process  specific  product  inspect  skills

具有基本计算机技能

Have  basic  computer  skills

熟练使用各种用于检查的测量工具和设备

Proficient  in  using  various  measure  tooling  and  equipment

具有英语读写能力，良好的人际交往能力和团队合作精神

Able  to  read  and  write  English  Good  interpersonal  skills  and  team  player

具有SAP零件处置流程经验的优先

Experience  with  SAP  parts  disposition  is  preferred

能够根据生产任务自我安排任务

Able  to  self-arrange  tasks  according  to  production  tasks

良好的独立思考和自学能力者优先

Good  independent  thinking  and  self-study  ability  is  preferred

拥有部门拆装授权、QC及QCA优先

Got  cell  disassembly  and  assembly  authorization,  QC  or  QCA  is  preferred

3年以上航空工作经验，其中至少两年航空发动机维修或制造工作经验(小零部件检验员除外)，具有CFM56或V2500发动机大修经验优先

Minimum  3  Years’  experience  in  Aviation,  minimum  2  years’  experience  in  Aero  Engine  Repair  or  Manufacturing  (Exclude  Common  hardware  inspector)  ,CFM  56  or  V2500  engine  overhaul  experience  is  preferred

机械，航空等专业中专或以上学历

Mechanical,  Aeronautical  Diploma  from  Secondary  School  or  above
