Job  responsibility:

工作职责：

·  Ensure  cell’s  compliance  of  the  company  policy  of  Quality,  EH&S,  Ethics,  ITC,  etc  .  and  follow  standard  work;

确保车间的工作符合公司质量、安全、道德、  ITC  等政策，遵守业务流程

·  Well  understand  cell’s  process  and  improve  cell’s  performance  continuously;

理解车间的流程，并通过持续改进加以改善

·  Manage,  monitor  and  instruct  the  cell’s  work  to  achieve  the  company  business  target.

对车间的各项工作进行管理、监督与指导，以实现公司的业务目标。

·  Build  safe  working  environment,  take  preventive  action  to  the  potential  risk

创造安全的工作环境，对潜在风险采取措施加以预防

·  Assign  task  properly  to  ensure  manpower,  employee  authorization  and  skill  level  meet  the  assigned  task  volume  and  content.

合理安排工作，确保人力资源、员工授权和能力水平符合被指派生产任务的工作量和工作内容

·  Plan  and  manage  the  working  hours  and  overtime  according  to  the  policy;

按照公司政策计划与管理车间工时，合理有效管理加班

·  Manage  the  tooling  and  equipment’s  check  and  maintain  according  to  the  policy  to  ensure  they  are  in  good  condition;

按照公司政策管理工具、设备的检查与维护，确保其处于良好的状态

·  Arrange  employee  training  properly  to  meet  quality  and  schedule

合理安排员工培训方案，  确保其质量与进度

·  Build  good  working  culture

建设良好的工作作风

·  Cell  discipline

维护车间纪律

·  Carry  out  EHS  and  Quality  Supervision  ,Inspection,  Spot  check  on  shop  site

对车间现场进行安全质量监督，检查，抽查

·  Monitor  and  instruct  employees’  working  and  evaluate  employees’  performance

对员工工作进行监督、指导及业绩考评

·  Cross  function  cooperation  to  support  company  business  target

开展跨部门的协作支持公司各项业务目标

·  Any  additional  tasks  related  to  the  function  as  requested  by  the  immediate  superior.

其它直接主管要求完成的相关任务。



Job  qualifications:

任职要求：

·  At  least  5  years  in  aviation  industry  experiences,  2  years  of  experiences  in  aero-engine  maintenance  and  overhaul

至少要有五年的航空业工作经验,  两年的航空发动机维修,  翻修从业经验。

·  College  degree  or  above,  Major  in  Mechanical,  Aeronautical  or  Engineering  is  preferred

大专及以上学历，  机械，  航空或工程等专业优先

·  Understand  the  aircraft  engine  maintenance  method  and  process

了解发动机维修工艺和流程

·  Understands  Civil  Aviation  Regulation  (  CAAC  Regulation,  FAA  Regulation,  EASA  Regulation)

了解民用航空规章（CAAC  规章，  FAA  规章，  EASA  规章）

·  Good  coordination,  organization  and  communication  ability

良好的协调、组织、沟通能力

·  Good  leadership  skills

良好的领导技巧

·  Good  English  capability  in  listening,  speaking,  reading  and  writing

良好的英文听说读写能力

·  Good  computer  skill

良好的计算机技能

·  Good  time  management  capability.
