Job  responsibility工作职责：

·                Be  responsible  for  non-product  purchasing  required  by  various  departments  in  accordance  with  company  procurement  policies,  ensuring  quality  and  quantity

遵循公司采购政策，保质保量采购各部门所需非航材物品及服务

·                Purchasing  contract  negotiation,  filing  and  management

采购合同谈判、归档及管理

·                Track  the  on  time  delivery  and  payment  cycle  of  goods  and  services  to  meet  internal  customer  requirements

跟踪物品及服务的准时到货及付款周期，满足内部客户要求

·                Regularly  review  the  non-product  procurement  costs  and  implement  reasonable  cost  reduction  initiatives

定期审核公司非航材采购成本，并执行合理的成本降低措施

·                Select  and  evaluate  of  non-product  suppliers,  coordinate  supplier  relations  and  promote  good  cooperation

非航材供应商的筛选及评估，协调供应商关系，促进良好合作

·                Other  works  assigned  by  Purchasing  Manager

Job  qualifications  任职要求：

·                Bachelor  degree  or  above  with  minimum  5  years’  related  working  experience.    Purchasing  experience  in  maintenance,  manufacturing  and  building  construction  area  is  preferred.

5年以上相关工作经验，本科或以上学历。有维修，制造业及建筑建设领域采购经验者优先。
