Job  responsibility:

        

工作职责：

Operating  the  CNC  VTL,  lathe,  grinding  machine,  CNC  machine  center,  etc.  machining  equipment  to  perform  the  job  per  work  instruction  requirement.
工作单卡要求操作数控立车,卧车,磨床,加工中心等设备执行零部件加工任务.
Maintain  the  record  and  reports  per  aviation  regulation  requirements.
用航空规章相关要求保存工作有关记录和报告.
Maintain  the  equipment  TPM  to  ensure  it  is  always  under  a  good  condition.
设备日常管理维护工作(  TPM),确保设备总是处于可用状态.
Keep  and  follow  the  safety  requirement  to  operate  the  equipment  safely.
遵守安全规范要求,保持设备安全运行.
Continue  to  improve  the  machining  process  via  program  or  set  up  process  on  quality  and  efficiency.
优化加工程序或加工设置,持续主动改进加工质量和效率.
Become  the  process  owner  for  machining  process  such  as  creating  CNC  program,  machining  standard  work  procedure,  new  capability  development,  employee  training,  troubleshooting  etc.
加工过程,编写数控程序,编制加工相关标准操作流程,开发新维修能力,培训其他人员和加工过程排故.
Complete  the  ACE  (continue  improvement)  activities  and  EHS  tasks  assigned.
持续改进有关项目和安全生产有关任务.
Cross  training  on  other  complementary  skills  and  seeks  endorsements  for  those  skill  as  needed  to  support  production  requirements.
生产安排情况接受其他能力培训,拓展并取得其他工作能力授权.
Perform  other  tasks  assigned  by  the  supervisor.

Job  qualifications:

        

任职要求：

College  degree  or  above  in  the  major  of  machine  or  engineering.
加工或工程专业的大专或以上学历
Over  5  years  work  experience  on  CNC  machining,  CNC  program  creation.
/span>年以上数控加工和数控编程相关工作经验.
Familiar  with  Fanuc  system  and  on-line  measurement  system  is  preferred
熟悉Fanuc系统和在线测量应用.
Has  the  experience  on  machining  a  thermal  spray  coating  is  preferred
有热喷涂涂层加工经验.
Good  English  skills  to  read  the  related  technical  data  and  perform  other  daily  tasks.
英语应用能力好,能读懂相关英文技术资料和完成英语相关的日常工作.
Good  interpersonal  skills  and  team  player.
            良好的人际交往能力和团队合作精神.
