Aircraft Structure Repair Engineer(ABEC-016)
职位描述
Main Activities and Duties:Perform Customer Service/Engineering Support activities and deliver the assigned task complying with the project specification, Airbus rules and directives in time and quality in parallel with customer satisfaction.
Contribute to coordinate her/his activities among different ABEC functions of Design, Stress and Airbus Manufacturing, Material counterpart and any other actor in the project process.
Contribute to harmonize the project activity rhythm among different concerned bodies like A/L, SEER and CoE Repair engineering.
Contribute to improve and integrate her/his abilities in Design & Stress concepts regarding Customer Service/repair domain. Strengthen the design & analysis ability based on the repair point of view.
Contribute to improve the communication ability (communication way, language level, interflow skills etc) to liaison well with customers for the trouble shooting.
Contribute to share and transfer her/his working experiences among ABEC structure repair engineering team.
Shall assist/participate to/in regular Project Progress Review meetings or Project Technical Review Meetings, when requested by Project Leader (PL), ensuring the requirements and targets visibility within the ABEC engineering organization.
Contribute to track his/her project team activity and performance, produce and release the Key performance indicators (KPI), contributing to define and implement improvement actions when necessary to minimize the risk overrunning targets on cost, lead time, risk, quality.
Outputs:
ABEC Structure Repair Engineer shall deliver:
Damage report sheet template PDRS (Predefined Damage Reporting Sheet).
Revised documents/ proposals of structure repair technical manuals.
Structure repair solutions/assistance/answers to damage of in-service Airbus A/Cs.
Structure repair approval technical documents like TD, SAS, RAS, FAS and PD.
Structure repair solutions to Nonconformity/Concession of Airbus A/Cs.
Support team members.
