职位描述
Responsibilities:Providing the primary interface between Customer Services and Customers he/she is assigned for Entry into Service preparation and all in service issues ensuring the highest level of safety, reliability, customer satisfaction and business development
committing to catalogue products and services sales target
Acquiring business for all Customer Services products and services
Establishing and maintain direct contact with Customers.
Monitoring, control and co-ordinate the implementation of all signed Customer Service Agreements and Purchase Agreements (including repair agreement and retrofit agreement). Identify deviations from the standard agreements, assess their financial impact, and ensure that all required actions are completed as scheduled.
Evaluating Customer operational performance and determine appropriate Customer Services response, establish comprehensive summary to management on regular basis or on specific request.
Determining, propose or generate and coordinate the support programs to meet the customer‘s requirements and assess the financial repercussions. Conduct the resulting project management, involving all relevant departments within Customer Services or other directorates and Partners/Suppliers.
Co-ordinating response to customer questions and ensure appropriate quality.
He/She is responsible for evaluating customer needs and for promoting new services and /or new initiatives developed in Customer Services that benefit customers and contributes to Customer Services Profit & Loss.
Assisting the Commercial Directorate by providing relevant Customer Services presentations and assistance to prospective customers, discuss and follow-up customer service items as required.
Qualifications Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Engineering or Aerospace
Excellent English and Mandarin
Significant Aircraft and aircraft maintenance and/or engineering related experience
Excellent intercultural competencies
Highly flexible and dependable
Excellent presentation skills
5-10 years in Aircraft Manufacturer or Airline or MRO in a customer facing function
