Responsibilities:

  

·                  There  are  three  main  areas  of  activities:  Customer  Relation  Management  (CRM),  Event  Management  and  Sales  Assistance  and  support.  Initially  the  work  distribution  will  be  approximately  60/15/25  but  will  be  revised  progressively  toward  a  40/40/20  targeted  balance.

  

·                  The  short  term  priority  will  be  to  design  and  build  a  database  that  will  gather  all  contact  necessary  to  address  the  business  aviation  sector  in  the  region.  The  purpose  of  this  database  will  be  to:

o        Accumulate  industry  and  customer/prospects  intelligence

o        Support  event  preparation  (mailing  list)

o        Direct  sales  action  and  organize  customer  visits

Once  developed,  the  job  holder  will  have  to  ensure  that  the  database  is  constantly  up  to  date  and  will  have  to  contribute  to  fill  it  with  valuable  information  that  will  support  sales  and  marketing  actions.

  

·                  The  Event  management  role  will  come  in  play  once  management  has  decided  to  make  commercial  actions.  The  job  holder  will  have  to  

o        Help  creating  and  define  the  said  event

o        Manage  supplier

o        Prepare  and  send  invitation  to  targeted  population

o        Be  responsible  for  the  realization  and  success  of  the  event  according  to  target  and  budget  set  for  such  events.

  

·                  The  Sales  assistance  role  will  consist  of  helping  sales  team  in  their  day  to  day  administrative  task  such  as  appointment  booking,  travel  arrangement,  secretarial  work,  etc  …

  

Qualifications  Requirements  

  

?              Bachelor  degree  or  above;

?              Good  command  of  both  written  and  spoken  English;

?              Minimum  5  years  experience  with  strong  sense  of  organization;

?              Excellent  communication  skills;

?              Autonomy  and  methodical  thinking;

?              Can  work  under  pressure  in  a  very  large  spectrum  of  work
