A.      Main  activities
  
·                    To  deliver  ground  school  phase  of  Airbus  flight  training  courses  IAW  Airbus  FCTP  

·                    Conduct  APT  sessions,  CABIN  Safety  Training  and  Performance  courses  as  required.

·                    Conduct  System  Test/Performance  Exam.

·                    Support  trainees  during  CBT  Study.
  
·                    To  assess  the  progress  of  the  trainees  and  the  eventual  need  of  additional  training.
  
·                    To  provide  a  written  report  and  grading  of  the  trainees  performance  at  the  end  of  each  session.  
  
·                  To  participate  in  the  improvement  and  development  of  training  documentation.  
  
  ·                    To  apply  Airbus  Training  Standards,  Training  Policy,  and  Airworthiness  Authorities  regulations.
  
Key  Qualities  Required:
1.            Good  communication/teaching  skills
2.            Technical  background  
3.            Fluent  English  &  Mandarin
4.            Previous  GSI  experience  preferred
