职位描述
Responsibilities:Provide quality management and supporting tools and methods to assure the quality of the deliverables of Support & Services provided by Airbus China Customer Services and the HUA-OU Aviation JV′s
Promote the awareness of quality in all Airbus China Customer Services personnel and provide coaching and training to ensure they have the correct quality skills and competencies and are motivated to build quality throughout each process.
Ensure the quality of processes and operations are in line with Airbus SHAPE and Lean strategy.
Promote and deliver continuous improvement through application of LEAN methods and tools..
Maintain and manage a continuously improved efficient and cost-effective Quality Management System, by establishing and developing and evaluating an efficient internal and external audit & surveillance system.
Ensure that quality standards are set for Airbus China Customer Services deliverables and that they are monitored, reviewed and improved.
Manage required quality management documentation and direct the correct application i.a.w. regulatory and Airbus policies requirements.
Manage the development, planning and performance of Quality specific skills and competence training, coaching and support in line with business needs.
Support and conduct investigation of customer issues and more specifically quality related problems with Airbus product, support or services and coordinate root cause analysis and ensure corrective actions and preventive measures are put in place, coordinating with other Airbus departments and working groups.
Manage the correct representation vis a vis Aviation Authorities, Customers and other Certifying Bodies to guarantee compliance with required regulations, certifications and approvals.
Manage relationship and close co-ordination with CAAC
Manage the qualification and selection process and criteria for Certifying Staff and auditors and delegate authority for Certifying Staff and inspection tasks i.a.w. legal requirements and policies and conduct efficient verification of competence and qualification.
Support Airbus European teams with Asian Aviation Authorities contact if needed.
Manage coverage of ISO14001 and EN9100 Certifications for Customer Services in Beijing.
Deputy for Head of Customer Services Quality China in his absence.
Qualifications Requirements:
Knowledge and understanding of principles, practices, methods and tools for Quality Management of processes, people, product and services.
Ability to conduct root cause analysis and problem solving.
Knowledge of LEAN principles and associated methods and tools would be an advantage.
International environment skills, abroad experiences would be beneficial.
Fluent in English writing and speaking
Capacity for team work and good communication skills, team player
Flexible/standalone under pressure.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Ability to work in an international team
Computer Skills.
