Logistics Manager
职位描述
Main responsibilities:1) Customer Satisfaction
The Logistics Manager:
- Ensures the processing of all incoming Customer spare parts orders, especially AOG orders on 24/7/365, with no delays.
- Ensures the processing of all incoming Warranty, S/E and Repair orders with no delays.
- Ensures those purchase orders acknowledgements are sent to Customers with no delays.
- Ensures that the Logistics performance match with the Company objectives for Customer Satisfaction.
- Implements process for Customer Complaint coming through Corporate Management, KAM, CSM, Tech Reps, or others, an implement associated action plan to improve Customer Satisfaction.
- Ensures the coordination with External Agents and Partners.
- Implements a systematic monthly reporting to Corporate Management, CSM, KAM about Logistic activities, spares status (BO, OTD, OTR), Warranties, Repair Orders…
- Ensures continuous improvement in all Logistic processes.
2) Logistics management
The Logistics Manager:
- Develops monthly KPI’s (OTD, OTR, BO, FAL i.e. Fiche Anomalie Livraison) to be sent to Chief Support 1 Service Officer, KAM, CSM and implement associated action plans:
o for Routine Orders
o for Rush Orders
o for AOG Orders
o for MRO Orders
- Ensures that the Airbus-CAS KPI’s are received monthly, organizes monthly visio-conference or meeting and propose action plan for improvement.
- Ensures warehousing operations (stock-in / stock-out, storage and dispatch of goods) and follow up deliveries, aiming to achieve transportation optimization.
- Ensures that all Customer logistics contacts ( delivery address, invoicing address, SAP codes) are correct in our data base
- Ensures that all Logistics Assistants are using properly KeyCopter , SAP,
- Ensures that the Logistic Assistants use the ECG CLM and KLM networking correctly
- Ensures and set up yearly training plan for Logistic Assistants in order for them to progress in their skills and carrier (incoterms, helicopter familiarization, dangerous goods, ingredients procedures…)
- Develops and maintains logistics policies, strategies and SOP procedures and ensure compliance to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Proposes SOP to clarify any processes like:
o AOG amount in Euros for immediate delivery or level of management decision if above a certain value
o Repairs process
o Warranty process
o others
- Verifies on weekly basis that all invoices due to the Mother Company by EC China Hong Kong are consistent, free from errors and can be paid, via wire transfer. CFO needs to be informed.
- Supports and coordinates with other departments (i.e. Sales, Finance) and CSM for logistics processes, including Warranty and R/O follow up.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years practice in logistic area, with at least 4 years leadership experiences;
- Excellent command in both Chinese and English;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Team management and leadership skills;
- Knowledge of data base management, warehousing, purchasing, import & export procedure and other related affairs;
- Familiar with SAP system;
- French speaking will be a plus;
- Open mind, willing to learn, integrity in all aspects, can work under pressure.
