1.        General  Job  Description  
  
It  will  be  your  responsibility  in  close  interaction  with  our  customers  to  ensure  optimal  usage  of  Airbus  Applications.  This  job  will  involve  a  large  amount  of  cooperation  with  European  teams.  The  results  greatly  depend  on  your  communication  skills,  your  understanding  of  business  needs,  and  your  ability  to  use  own  competences  practically.    
  
2.        Responsibilities

-  Writing  Applications  documentation  
-  Coordinating  with  European  team  to  do  troubleshooting  of  Airbus  applications;
-  Working  with  European  teams  to  manage  access  rights  of  applications
-  In  charge  of  Airbus  Applications’  install/move/remove/upgrade
-  Supporting  to  complete  Application  Service  Catalogue  



Job  requirements
  
-  Bachelor  degree  in  computer  science  or  related  area  (preferred)
-  Good  English  skills,  both  written  and  spoken,  since  the  job  involves  a  high  degree  of  international  contacts.
-  Be  proactive
-  Good  communication  skills
-  Be  customer-oriented  and  responsible,  team  spirit
-  Hard-worker,  quick-learner  and  self-motivator
-  ITIL  knowledge  is  preferred
-  Skills  like  Share  point  technology,  VBA,  GPO,  PHP  …
