1.        General  Job  Description  
  
It  will  be  your  responsibility  in  close  interaction  with  our  customers  to  ensure  optimal  usage  of  SAP  functionality  according  to  business  requirements.  Your  access  to  the  job  is  through  your  SAP  professional  knowledge  but  your  results  greatly  depend  on  your  communication  skills,  your  understanding  of  business  needs,  and  your  ability  to  use  own  competences  practically.    
  
2.        Responsibilities

-  SAP  Change  Request  handling,  including  investigating  business  requirements,  and  organizing  user  acceptance  test;
-  Daily  support  of  the  business  units,  including  consultancy  of  SAP  used  in  business  processes,  and  troubleshooting  of  SAP  system  and  other  applications;
-  Closely  work  with  development  team  to  well  integrate  business  requirement  with  system  solution,  ensure  long  term  solution
-  Working  on  SAP  customizing  and  development  specification
-  User  manual  documentation  and  end  user  training;  
-  Authorization  management  in  SAP  
-  Working  in  new  SAP  projects



Job  requirements
  
-  Bachelor  degree  in  computer  science  or  related  area  (preferred)
-  2  to  3  years  SAP  experience,  PP/MM/WM  modules  are  preferred
-  Good  English  skills,  both  written  and  spoken,  since  the  job  involves  a  high  degree  of  international  contacts.
-  Be  proactive
-  Good  communication  skills
-  Be  customer-oriented  and  responsible.  
-  Hard-worker,  quick-learner  and  self-motivator
-  Team  spirit
-  ITIL  knowledge  is  preferred
