职位描述
Responsibilities:Delivering existing behavioural skill development programmes
Implementing management and leadership training curricula corresponding to the
customers′needs,
Ensuring and delivering high quality interactive training sessions in:
Leadership and Management
Change Management
Communication
Creativity and Innovation
Personal Development
Making knowledge fully up-to-date in the relevant fields, while acquiring and
improving his/her own knowledge.
Deliverables:
Deliver high quality training on appropriate subjects to enhance knowledge, and satisfy customer objectives,
Develop and maintain knowledge of customers in terms of their strategies, objectives and needs,
Ensure services are well received by customers
Qualification:
Dynamic, high energy and enthusiastic facilitator and corporate trainer.
Fluent in English.
The person needs to have:
a track record in inter-personal, organisation and presentation skills
a strong classroom presence.
an excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Personal profile:
At least 10 years in training design and delivery
Post-graduate degree (equivalent Master′s degree)
Interpersonal and presentation skills
Very good knowledge in Leadership and Management.
Remark:
Both part time and full time trainer will be considered.
