Responsibilities:

Integrated  into  AEROLIA  Procurement,  the  jobholder  is  in  charge  of  the  deployment  of  Supply  Chain  Quality  Improvements  processes  and  projects  within  defined  supply  chain  at  Supplier  sites  in  China,  for  industrialisation  and  series  production.  
Supply  Chain  processes  and  projects  will  have  a  major  impact  in  optimising  Supply  Chain  Performance  in  three  areas:
△Quality  improvement  and  On  Time  Delivery
△New  Product  introduction  /  Product  transfer
△Ramp  up  or  Ramp  down  Management  
The  jobholder  ensures  a  permanent  surveillance  of  Suppliers  located  in  China.  
The  jobholder  is  in  charge  of  applying  process  improvements  to  enable  the  closing  of  the  gap  between  current  and  AEROLIA  target  levels  of  customer-required  performance.  
The  jobholder  helps  the  Quality,  Supply  Chain  &  Contractual  Logistics  services  of  the  AEROLIA  plants  to  control  the  contractual  logistics  aspects  and  the  relationship  with  the  Suppliers  liaising  with  the  Procurement  multi  functional  teams.  
Actively  participate  to  the  monitoring  and  the  improvement  mission  of  AEROLIA  Support  Team  in  China  by  
Ensuring  that  the  Chinese  subcontractors  in  Chengdu  and  Xian  take  the  required  dispositions  to  guarantee  the  production  of  their  Work-Packages  in  term  of  Conformity,  Quality  and  Delivery.  
Providing  the  necessary  support  or  training  to  the  Chinese  personnel  in  order  to  guarantee  their  autonomy  in  the  execution  of  their  work.  
Ensuring  that  the  Chinese  subcontractors  respect  AEROLIA  requirements
Qualifications  Requirements:

Functional  experience:  Supplier  Development  –  Manufacturing  follow-up/monitoring  –  improvements  process  (Kaizen,  Lean…)  
Management:  Suppliers  management  /  customer-supplier  relationship  
Sector  knowledge:  Industry  –  Supply  Chain  -  Quality  
Education:  Technical  background  /  mechanical  engineering  –  in  Aeronautics  if  possible  
Languages:  Chinese  /  English  /  French  (not  mandatory)
