Responsibilities:

Become  an  expert  in  APSYS′software  practical  use  for  all  modules  and  learn  about  algorithmic  issues  concerning  computation  principles  and  rules  to  be  able  to  analyze  and  provide  explanation  of  the  results  of  simulations.  
Manage  the  client  support  hotline  of  APSYS  software  for  customers  across  China  in  connection  with  teams  in  Europe.  
Assist  APSYS  software  users  in  China:  
When  having  a  methodological  or  technical  question  about  the  software.  
When  facing  a  misuse  case  or  error  in  software  operations.  
Performing  first  level  of  maintenance  of  the  software  packages  
Support  commercial  activity  of  APSYS  products  in  China:  
makes  demonstrations  and  performs  training  sessions  
provides  technical  /  commercial  information  
issues  sample  cases  
prospects  potential  users  /  purchasers
Qualifications  Requirements:

Engineering  degree  or  Ph.D.  in  science/physics；  aeronautics  specialization  a  plus  
Fluent  in  Chinese  and  English,  some  knowledge  of  French  would  be  appreciated
Profile:

A  first  experience  in  modelisation  of  complex  systems  is  required  for  this  job.  
Proven  experience  in  model-based  engineering  software  currently  used  in  MBSE  (Doors,  Rhapsody,  Virtual  Bench  LMS,  Catia  V6,  …).  
Experience  in  customer  support  environment  
Ability  to  manage  and  develop  a  small  team  of  experts  is  preferred  
Sector  knowledge:  Aeronautics/space,  Automotive/transportation,  Energy
