A.      Accountabilities
·                  To  ensure  that  the  airline  maintenance  personnel  acquire  the  necessary  knowledge  and  competence  to  correctly  maintain  and  operate  the  Airbus  aircraft  
·                  To  be  qualified  to  train  airline  personnel  using:
-                    Classrooms
-                    Computerized  systems  (ACT  and  others)
-                    Maintenance  Training  Devices  (MTD)
-                    Mock  Ups
-                    Simulators
-                    Aircraft
  
B.      Main  activities
·                  To  review  the  courseware  and  propose  the  necessary  corrections  that  can  improve  it.  
·                  To  revise  and  update  the  examination  papers  as  necessary.
·                  To  resolve  the  various  language  problems  (level  and  comprehension  of  English  of  the  airline  maintenance  personnel  that  could  cause  incorrect  understandings  of  aircraft  operation).
·                  To  assist  and  participate  in  the  definition  and  analysis  of  maintenance  courseware  design  if  requested.  
·                  To  train  the  airline  maintenance  personnel  in  all  the  theoretical  and  practical  aspect  of  maintaining  and  operation  of  Airbus  aircraft.
  
C.      Qualification:  
·                  A  technical  or  scientific  diploma  (Equivalent  to  the  French  BAC+2,BTS,  DUT
·                  OR
·                  A  national  military  equivalent  or  an  equivalent  international  diploma  (to  be  demonstrated)
·                  OR
·                  Be  eligible  for  a  Part  66  B1,  B2  or  C  license  or  its  ICAO  equivalent
·                  5  years  in  an  appropriate  maintenance  aeronautical  environment.
·                  Good  attitude  in  communication  with  English  and  Chinese
