Responsibilities:

Commodity  Management
Support  Deputy–Director  of  EADS  China  Aerostructure  Procurement  in  his  mission.    Manage  Aerostructure  Sourcing  activities–as  defined  by  CSO  Task  range  hereafter–for  Aerostructure  commodities  and  provide  related  Procurement  support  to  -  and  in  close  link  with  -  all  EADS  business  units.

Tools  &  Processes
E  sourcing  and  specific  tools  related  to  the  Bus.

Track  aerostructure  spend  ramp  up  profile  until  2020.

Support/Identification  of  suppliers  
Support  in  screening  of  Suppliers  
Support  in  RFI/RFQ  process  
Support  in  negotiation  
Support  Risk  Management  &  New  Product  Introduction  process  
Coordinate  team  visit  to  China  Suppliers  
Centralize  Business  Units  requirements
Qualifications  Requirements:

Functional  experience:

10  years  of  experience  in  a  procurement/manufacturing  environment  
Exposure  to  global  sourcing  
Knowledge  of  strategic  and  commercial  procurement  
Exposure  to  Quality  management  concepts  &  tools  and  their  deployment  in  emerging  markets  
Knowledge  of  supplier  base  and  cost  structure
Management:

Experience  in  Project  Management  
International  mindset
Education:  Engineering  graduate(preferably  Aerospace)from  a  leading  Engineering  College  or  Business  School.

Languages:  Perfectly  fluent  in  Chinese  &  English.  Fluency  in  French,  Spanish  or  German  will  be  a  strong  plus.

Other  Request:

Sector  knowledge:

Aerospace,  Automotive,  Transportation,  Power  or  other  manufacturing  industries.
