AC-51 Material & Logistics Support Manager
职位描述
Responsibilities:· Evaluate the risks linked to a late spares delivery and propose solutions to avoid AOG situation.
· Ensure the establishment and continuous development of Material & Logistics services.
· Prepare extensive customer executive briefings.
· Establish and maintain good relations with the Airbus worldwide Material & Logistics team
· Maintain regular and frequent contact with operators to obtain feedback and ascertain requirements to enhance services
· Maintain regular and frequent contact with CSD and RSCM offices to exchange customer information and align common actions
· Establish and maintain good relations with the Airbus China sales team and contract team
· Maintain regular and frequent customer order analysis and initiate actions accordingly to support the customer in the reduction of AOGs
· Interface with Airbus worldwide Customer Services departments and Airbus worldwide Material and Logistic departments as necessary to ensure that all interests are met and coherent in their application.
· Distribution and coordination of actions in various Airbus Material and Logistics departments.
· Identify individual customer needs for spares services.
· Identify requirements for customized Material & Logistics services and promote service and support solutions.
· Avoid customer complaints by means of preventive actions and quick responses.
Personal profile and qualification:
· Good command of written & spoken English
· Good presentation skills in both Chinese and English
· Negotiation skills (contract, 3 party meetings, commercial, technical)
· Minimum 5 years in airlines, MRO or supplier organization
· Autonomous, able to assess problematic situation and propose solutions
· Team player
· Pro-active minded
